Three existing buildings (two hotel units and a dining hall) were completely rearranged and extended. All ground-floor functions were redesigned and connected by an open corridor. The dining area moved into this “corridor”, and the pools and spa were placed at the front of the plot. I took part in the project from the very beginning until the final design stage.
